We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant – Marketing Automation (all Genders) in Hamburg or in one of our hubs in Berlin, Düsseldorf or Frankfurt. Remote Work is also possible.

Your Role

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing impactful customer engagement strategies for our clients. You’ll combine technical expertise, strategic insights, and hands-on implementation to drive outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Consulting

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and customer retention needs.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for email, SMS, push notifications, and journey automation.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
  • Develop custom solutions with AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Lead client workshops to define project requirements and scope.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, strategists) to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data regulations.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs like retention rates and customer lifetime value.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on project implementation.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud tools like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
  • Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data architecture.

Strategic Mindset

  • Strong understanding of loyalty and retention marketing.
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Soft Skills

  • Good presentation and communication skills and enjoys providing advice.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Language

  • Business fluent German and very good English skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant).
  • Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds like Sales or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with other Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Familiarity with other marketing technologies (e.g., Data Cloud, analytics platforms).
  • Web development skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL) are an advantage.
